　　Job Summary

　　The Marketing Strategy Partner – Health Insurance leads enterprise brand strategies for the Health Insurance Division of Avera and provides strategic partnership to operational leaders.

　　The Partner will collaborate with marketing peers, consumer/member engagement, external strategic partners and key vendors, to inspire and ensure the execution of stellar, on-brand and in-character, customer-centric, insight-informed, timely and cost-effective marketing solutions.

　　The Partner is responsible for management and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs, with a focus on data driven strategies.

　　The Partner is responsible for utilizing industry and consumer/member data to establish campaign goals and monitor campaign performance to achieve pre-determined expectations including staying within budget.

　　The Partner works closely with other marketing, PR, communications, design, and production colleagues and leadership.

　　Education and/or Experience

　　Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or a related field is required.

　　Five or more year’s related experience and/or training in marketing, communications and/or advertising preferred.

　　Health insurance industry experience preferred.

　　Certification, Licensure and/or Registrations

　　This position requires a valid driver’s license and that the employee is insurable by the Avera Health automobile liability insurance carrier.

　　Work Schedule

　　Monday-Friday, occas wknd; 80hrs/2wks

　　Pay

　　The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

　　$36.75 - $55.50 per hour
