A day in the life. As our BI Select Marketing Specialist on the Select Accounts team, you'll ensure the retention and placement of quality clients. Responsibilities include collaborating with producers for technical placement, analytics, and account retention, in addition to day-to-day marketing of existing and new clients and acting as an internal resource for coverage and market-related issues. Our future colleague. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: * Bachelor's degree in business or related field required. * Minimum of 3 years of property experience including strong knowledge of individual property and casualty coverage and risk management issues. * Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills. * Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency. * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management and peers. * Strong interpersonal and sales related skills in dealing with Producers, Account Executives, carriers, and customers. * These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: * CIC, CPCU, or equivalent preferred.
