Additional Information:This is a hybrid position which we consider to be a combination of remote and onsite work at our Boston, MA based campus. HBS expects all staff to be onsite 3 days per week and departments provide onsite coverage Monday – Friday. Specific hours and days onsite will be determined by business needs and are subject to change with appropriate advanced notice.

Research, write, and upload weekly blog content, leveraging best search engine optimization (SEO) practices while ensuring copy is aligned with HBS Online’s tone, brand, and program learning objectives
Write, edit, and contribute to the oversee the design of content marketing assets, including e-books, infographics, guides, and other downloadable resources
Help with the blog post optimization queue and review and revise copy from SEO vendor and HBS Online staff
Craft website, email, and landing page copy in support of new product launches or content marketing campaigns
Identify and execute new marketing opportunities, with an emphasis on new media, including videos and other interactive downloadable or multimedia assets
Event Support
Work with the organic marketing team to execute HBS Online’s annual learner conference, Connext
Write event copy and communications, including blog posts, emails, FAQs, and landing pages
Collaborate with HBS Operations on the in-person component of the event, including catering and logistics
Identify and communicate with event speakers
Support the development of Connext creative, including the logo, signage, and all printed materials
Order swag, collateral, and other promotional materials for Connext
Help project manage event deliverables and hit listed deadlines
Other Activities
Develop, update, and distribute printed marketing collateral while ensuring that messages are supportive of, and consistent with, the HBS Online brand
Collaborate with the creative team, internal designers, and external vendors to develop dynamic marketing materials
Represent HBS Online at external events and conferences
Be responsible for other duties as assigned
