　　Job Description

　　Draft and edit marketing and communications materials for internal and external audiences e.g. marketing collateral, newsletters, presentations, leadership bios, etc.

　　Create engaging and creative content for social media to promote AECOM’s thought leadership and competencies in strategic growth areas

　　Implement internal and external marketing and communications campaigns and activities

　　Work with the creative team to develop graphics for campaigns, events, awards

　　Manage content upload and edits on internal marketing collateral site and business line Intranet site

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Qualifications

　　Education and Experience:

　　Educated to degree level or equivalent with marketing training or qualification

　　3-5 years of experience working in a similar role and position

　　Self-starter with the ability to work as a positive, energized and adaptable team member

　　Previous role within a global organization would be preferable but not essential

　　Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize effectively

　　Proven experience planning and producing social media content and campaigns

　　Exceptional written and oral communications skills, ability to develop clear, concise copy

　　Very strong attention to detail

　　Highly proficient in English, both verbal and written

　　Creative suite and/or multi-media production experience preferred

　　Willingness and ability to work across multiple time zones
