YOUR IMPACT
The Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing team in the development of marketing plans and communication materials. This position is responsible for working with the marketing manager in the creation of business-building activities and marketing tools, including brand and product advertising, and development of content with internal and external groups. The Marketing Specialist also contributes to consumer and competitive research projects.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans to establish pathways for growth in both core and adjacent markets.
Assist in the development and execution of multi-media campaigns, including print, media relations, digital platforms, and social media, to accomplish stated goals and metrics.
Analyze the performance of marketing efforts at tactic, channel, audience and segment level to optimize performance.
Evaluate data from various sources and provide insight to understand audiences, behaviors, outcomes
Analyze forecasts, plans, and references for channel specific KPIs to provide support interpreting data and formulating recommendations.
Support competitor intelligence efforts to influence decision-making.
Manage multiple projects with competing and conflicting timelines and priorities.
Support a world-class customer experience for events such as trade shows, facility visits, and program milestone events, ensuring communication content development, application and execution.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
Two (2) to Four (4) years of relevant experience.
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Working knowledge of business intelligence software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong project management skills.
