Marketing Solutions Specialist - 231164
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:The Marketing Solutions Specialist implements marketing strategies to support sales and retention across B2B market segments through effective and compelling product/capability promotions. Collaborate with marketing, sales, creative, and product managers to develop and maintain a library of product and program collateral and related promotions. Create and distribute marketing content through print and digital channels.
Responsibilities include: * Support the execution of marketing communications assets and deliverables for B2B and corporate audiences and channels, including flyers, presentations, placemats, direct mail, emails, newsletters, infographics, and web and social content for Blue-branded lines of business. * Work closely with the ancillary and TPA teams to develop sales and marketing collateral, news, and presentations specific to their respective lines of business. * Plan, organize and support meetings and events for sales and marketing audiences. * Craft letters and manage mailings for required notifications to group administrators and members. * Apply knowledge of marketing channels and health care plans, programs and products. * Demonstrate strong marketing-based communication skills including the ability to write copy, create presentations, present to a wide variety of audiences, leverage print and digital channels, execute campaigns, and consult with marketing peers and capability leads. * Continually identifies and explores new ideas and opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience. * 3+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience * Working knowledge of marketing and communication principles, practices and techniques. * Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment. * Proven ability to work well with all levels of staff. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
