Job Function:
Manage site collection, site configuration, administration, and compliance of the KME, SharePoint sites, and workspaces.
Gather customer requirements, conduct requirements analysis, and translate requirements into specifications.
Analyze and assess design of business processes and their integration with technology.
Translate and document end user requirements into specifications that can be leveraged to effectively design and develop SharePoint solutions.
Streamline, refine, and reduce redundancy within customer business processes via process re-engineering practices and principles meetings.
Contribute to internal business processes for SharePoint customizations and lifecycle management to include documentation, requirements gathering and analysis, testing, and development of best practices.
Manage diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolutions/escalations of tickets submitted.
Coordinate with Agency lead to train end users on developed solutions leveraging available and necessary technologies.
Contribute to internal business processes for SharePoint customizations and lifecycle management to include documentation, requirements gathering and analysis, testing, and development of best practices.
Provide recommendations to Agency lead on SharePoint features, capabilities, and service applications to employ to enhance end user experience and improve collaborative efforts.
Provide content and document management activities to include configuring & managing document check-in/out, managing version history, configuring and managing document sets, configuring and managing content organizer rules, creating and configuring metadata to facilitate categorization, classification, and organization, creating and configuring permission constructs to control access to content, configuring and managing document review and approval processes, and managing document publication and disposition for all applicable SharePoint sites.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience
Proficient and knowledgeable in the utilization and configuration of SharePoint KM features and capabilities. This includes the creation and configuration of lists, libraries, sites, workspaces, web part pages, and security groups in a SharePoint environment.
Proficient and knowledgeable in SharePoint infrastructure and migration software such as Metalogix.
Experience monitoring and enforcing KME governance activities to ensure consistency and uniformity throughout all applicable SharePoint sites.
PMP, CSM or other management certification desired
SharePoint Certification desired
Certifications:
Current IAT Level II certification required
Must obtain a PL-900 Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals Certification within 6 months of start
Must complete the AEP Site Manager/Site Owner training course after start
