Marketing Research Survey Administrator - Part-time (10-20 hours/week)Job Title:Part-time Worker: Marketing Research Survey AdministratorReports To: Director, Brand & Engagement StrategySummary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Research Survey Administrator to join our team. As a Marketing Research Survey Administrator, you will play a critical role in programming high-quality surveys that collect valuable data for our marketing research projects. Your work will directly contribute to our understanding of customer, market trends, and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.Responsibilities include:Administration and coordinationProject management such as developing timelines, communicating changes, and administering projects.Manage the survey programming and its work-streams independently.Stay up-to-date on the latest survey programming technologies and methodologiesManage platform licenses and contract adherence.Survey developmentTranslate survey questionnaires into functional surveysWrite and program simple to moderately complex surveys via Qualtrics survey platform based on project objectives.Survey ImplementationProgram and deploy error-free surveysImplement survey logic and routing to ensure respondents are directed to the appropriate questions based on their responsesImplement data validation and error checking to ensure data quality. Test and debug surveys to ensure they function correctly across various devices and browsersFindings/Report DevelopmentManage the production of survey reports via Qualtrics tool and/or Microsoft Powerpoint.For moderately complex surveys, analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insight as needed.Knowledge and Skills:The position requires coordination of projects across the enterprise, including internal and external stakeholders, and an ability to clearly and concisely communicate both verbally and in writing. Good interpersonal skills and team-player attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Successful candidates must exhibit proficiency in English. A bility to effectively communicate plans, project updates, survey writing, and results.Possess knowledge of survey programming platforms, specifically Qualtrics.
