Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be part of the Digital Solutions Department supporting various teams and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working in ambiguous environments as a Marketing Project Manager for 4+ years. In this role You will actively champion marketing best practices, utilizing Agile principles to cultivate a culture of ownership and effective communication with leadership, stakeholders, and internal partners.

Pay Range: $45-50/hour
What’s the Job?
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end marketing experience by acting as the bridge between Global Marketing and internal partners.
Orchestrate the execution of work and provide meaningful dashboards to help teams and stakeholders understand how the execution team is delivering on key outcomes.
Partner with the campaign planning team to organize campaign tactic requirements, timing, and resourcing to build a prioritized backlog of work.
Organize and manage project planning sessions, recurring meetings, and presentations.
Oversee the gathering and management of all marketing assets in appropriate repositories and to 3 rd party partners, ensuring placement requirements are met and performance metrics are received.
Contribute recommendations on SOP and SLA enhancements that drive efficiency in tactic development and delivery.
Ensure that all marketing work is presented, reviewed, and approved by respective stakeholder teams.
Proactively identify and act as the point of contact for inefficiencies, blockers and risks to delivery and actively drive resolution.
What’s Needed?
5+ years of agency or in-house experience working with marketing teams, managing all aspects of a successful project throughout its lifecycle.
Proven experience in marketing or related roles, with a deep understanding of marketing operations.
Demonstrated knowledge of requirements to produce all marketing tactics that span digital and traditional channels. (webinars, email, social media, display)
Preferred knowledge of web page content creation through to publication, web updates, and collateral development.
A passion for fostering a world-class marketing culture and driving exceptional marketing experiences.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders who are globally dispersed and build good working relationships and navigate conflict.
Adaptable to change and able to pivot to accommodate changes in the market and business landscape.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience working with various marketing tools required, including but not limited to:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, preferably Salesforce.
Email Marketing systems, preferably Marketo.
Metrics and data visualization tools, preferably Power BI / Tableau / Domo.
Marketing Work Management systems, preferably Monday.com.
Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies and team leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
