As Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in various acquisition and retention tasks to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director, Consumer Marketing, you will work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders as you help us achieve our goals.
What you'll be doing…
Maintain close communication with internal stakeholders to ensure their marketing needs are being met.
Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders about campaign schedules, briefs, execution, results, and potential roadblocks
Enforce project management workflows within the marketing team.
Complete department projects as assigned.
Track expenses to ensure we stay on budget.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns with clear, measurable objectives across various channels, both offline and online. Maintain and update marketing calendar.
Produces high quality creative briefs & experience reviewing creative executions across integrated campaigns.
Ensure consistency in promotional materials, messaging, and visual identity both externally and within the organization.
Ensure marketing materials and activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Constantly reviews competitor advertising communication, looking for opportunities to optimize the delivery of our proposition in market.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and prepare regular reports on marketing performance, key performance indicators (KPIs).
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…
3-5 years experience in marketing.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking and use of excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally to execute on a wide variety of initiatives.
Experience managing performance marketing budgets, assessing cost/benefit of all activity.
Project management acumen and communication skills, capable of collaborating with people across teams and at different levels.
Ability to manage priorities, juggle competing deadlines and work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
Experience managing internal partners and external agencies, as well as creative and design teams.
