The CMI Head will be an insights specialist and data leader in the organization, with responsibilities of,
Taking a key leadership role, reporting directly to the consumer marketing lead whilst holding responsibility for consumer insight and business intelligence data-driven related activities;
Taking leadership to establish long-term consumer strategic insight and be in line with category growth strategy
Develop methodologies and execute consumer insights projects with a strong understanding of an array of new techniques across platforms for innovation from insights and product ideation methods to pricing, communications and in-market evaluation;
Mine internal/external and primary/secondary sources of data (including big data from E-Commerce) and create framework to work collaboratively with cross-functional team & headquarter to turn those insights into business building plans;
Strengthens and leads the CMI organization with entrepreneurship mindset, to achieve its objectives and visibly impact the business growth.
Contribute to the Developing Markets Area and Global organization and capability building, owning specific organizational project and capability expertise areas.
You are a part of
The Philips Personal Health Marketing Team. You will report to Consumer Marketing &D2C Head and collaborate with other teams including RBU and E-commerce etc.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
10+ years’ experience of CMI leadership in multinational Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), or EC retailor platforms like Alibaba.
Proven game changer and new type of MI leader, who has visible impact on business results. Ability to translate business challenges into business questions and active adopter of data-driven business
Demonstrated experience and skills in Performance measurement, Marketing Mix Optimization, Communication development, Innovation, shopper and retailer actionable insights and research agency management.
Have completed in-depth insight assignments previously and have proven experience of managing consumer data within a prominent retail or wider consumer technology business;
Strong English and Chinese communication skills, both written and verbal;
Bachelor’s degree is required, Business, Computer Science, Communication or related disciplines preferred.
Results oriented, independent, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
Leadership and proven ability to influence business decisions and strategies while working with diverse teams.
Collaboration and demonstrated ability to overcome cultural and location barriers to work effectively with key business partners and stakeholders in a productive environment.
