　　Robert Half is thrilled to partner with a local winery on a fantastic new opportunity for a Data Analyst! In this pivotal role, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing their financial operations by acting as the bridge between production and accounting teams. You'll analyze data, identify discrepancies, and prepare insightful reports that drive efficiency and cost savings. This is your chance to make a real impact on a growing local business.

　　Responsibilities

　　Timely and accurate data entry into inventory system and Excel spreadsheets

　　Data entry of information into the wine tracking system

　　Reconcile all wine movements and investigate/resolve discrepancies prior to month’s end

　　Must have experience with computers, accessing information, and data entry

　　Solid working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required

　　Knowledge of specialized systems such as Net Suite and Nu Trax is a plus

　　High School Diploma, Bachelor Degree Preferred

　　Computer literate in Excel, Microsoft Word, email, and database systems

　　Accounting software experience, ERP is a plus

　　Excellent written and oral communication skills

　　Strong math skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills

　　Excellent organizational skills and analytical thinking

　　Wine experience is a plus
