This role will be a key player in the implementation and development of paid social at Taylor & Francis, maximizing growth and return on investment. Reporting to the Paid Social Manager, the successful candidate will be a keen collaborator, regularly liaising with planning teams within marketing, analytics teams, and the wider business.
What you will be doing:Ownership of specific paid social campaign plans and performance.Lead paid social activity acrossall territories, ensuring performance isoptimized to achieve high levels of growth with an ROI focus.Work closely with the planning teams to recommend effective growth strategies and budgets.Effectively collaborate with other teams and internal stakeholdersLead paid social innovation within the team, keeping abreast of market trends and developments, and identifying new platforms, tech, and audiences to drive our social offering forward.Utilizing a clear test-and-learn agenda.
