Roles and Responsibilities
Development, planning, execution, and optimization of annual and quarterly product marketing plans for the assigned customer types and personas that align to the company’s long-term vision and comprehensive marketing goals.
Developing a thorough understanding of the customer journey, behavior & persona to lead and execute effective sales enablement programs.
Developing solid understanding of customer and competition insights, sales tools aligned to the customer purchase journey.
Developing and executing cohesive omnichannel marketing programs to drive sales funnel growth and creating a tailored marketing strategy specific to prioritized customer types.
Creating and executing engagements in a planned manner with key opinion leaders (KOL) spread across private and government institutes
Working cross functionally to develop and execute content marketing plans to increase customer touchpoints through the on-ground sales team, digital and other customer facing channels.
Measure the impact of marketing programs on sales performance on a full funnel growth marketing zone (visibility, win rate, share, orders, revenue, etc.) and adjust the marketing plan accordingly.
Gather voice of field on the customer feedback, areas to improve, program performance and optimize the marketing plan for an ongoing improvement Development of business and marketing plans, including value proposition, for assigned products/offers/services; Involves participation in the evaluation of market research, market positioning, promotions associated with assigned scope.
In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems.
The job requires proven interpersonal skills and close coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from accredited institution in Marketing, Business, and/or Science.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Advanced experience in the Marketing Discipline & Asia-Pacific Regional dynamics.
In-depth understanding of matrix style organization, and know how your role integrates with other colleagues, to aid in coordination of marketing activity execution.
Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks.
Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
Provides informal guidance to new team members and is helpful and respectful in communication.
Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations with patience, pride, and attention to detail.
