GBI has always maintained that our employees are our greatest asset, and we are now seeking to add to our team. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team located in Wenatchee, Washington or Portland, Oregon.
Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator responsibilities include assisting with marketing initiatives, website coordination, social media, maintaining/collecting project data for our CRM, community outreach and working collaboratively with the marketing team to service our offices and regions with various marketing and communications requests.
The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional attention to detail and a highly organized self-starter who can prioritize and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the ability to work with a variety of regions to accomplish company goals and marketing requests. Interpersonal skills are essential. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills are also ideal for this position as well as experience creating compelling marketing collateral to drive company and brand awareness.

Essential Functions
Assist marketing department with marketing collateral and requests to support regional and corporate marketing efforts.Develop and maintain an active social media presence for the company across multiple platforms.Assist with maintaining the company website.Update/compile company brochures, advertisements, and other marketing collateral as needed including company-wide magazine: the Good News.Assist with company promotional items and team store.Assist with corporate communications including writing press releases, e-blasts, project profiles, etc.Assist with management of company-wide SharePoint page.Assist with internal and external company events as needed, such as the annual meeting.Work alongside HR team to assist with marketing items related to recruitment efforts, as needed.Gather/maintain project data for our CRM, AEC360.Position Requirements
