Candidates should have at least two years of forklift operation experience and must have used a forklift within the last six months. Experience using a clamp or slip sheet attachment is a plus. 　　Responsibilities

　　Safely operate a sit down forklift, verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments, and prepare items for shipment

　　Duties include shipping merchandise or material; receiving, unpacking, verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material, computer skills, ability to effectively use scanning equipment and arranging for the transportation of products

　　Complete pre-start forklift maintenance inspection report

　　Follow proper trailer loading and unloading lock-out/tag-out procedure

　　Complete receiving report to accurately record materials received

　　Submit receiving reports after trailer is unloaded

　　Complete load sheet to accurately record the grades, bale count, loading start/stop times for finished goods on outbound shipments

　　Complete and submit load sheet at completion of shipment

　　Understand and follow load pattern according to trailer, railcar

　　Other duties as assigned

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　working in a non-temperature controlled environment

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs

　　standing for 10 hours at one time
