　　Overview

　　Assist with Hotel Crescent Court social media channels by assisting with creating content, scheduling posts, enhancing our community management and researching audience preferences and current trends. Create reports for reviews and feedback from customers on social, while also providing social media metrics each month. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Food and Beverage, and other teams to complete day-to-day tasks such as menu and flyer creations, printing, website management and more.

　　Responsibilities

　　Assist with social media accounts for the hotel (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

　　Provide monthly reporting on social performance for Director of Sales & Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager and Ownership

　　Support Senior Marketing Manager with creating content for social media channels

　　Engage with social followers by responding to direct messages, comments and influencer requests

　　Assist with creating in-house collateral (Elevator signage, Out of Order/Maintenance signage, directional signage, Food and Beverage signage)

　　Research current trends and upcoming social media platforms and evaluate whether they are appropriate for the hotel (TikTok, Twitter, Threads)

　　Create email content and schedule weekly emails for the hotel and the Spa

　　Collaborate with PR agency on a day-to-day basis

　　Handle all donation requests

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum two years of post-high school education.

　　Two+ years of full employment in a related position.

　　Hotel experience preferred, but not required

　　Knowledge of platforms such as Sprout Social, Canva and Wordpress preferred

　　Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff and to ensure accomplishment of goals.

　　Able to set priorities, plan, organize, and delegate.

　　Written communication skills to be concise, well organized, complete, and clear.

　　Creativity and organization

　　Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.

　　Command of the English language both written and verbal.
