Aerotek is seeking a Facility maintenance technician for a reputable manufacturing facility in Springfield, TN! This is a day shift maintenance job opening. These openings are urgent needs and can start ASAP! The company offers a great work environment with overtime availability!

　　Job Title: Facility Maintenance

　　Location: Springfield, TN

　　Pay: Up to $34/hr

　　Shift: 1st Shift

　　Job Details:

　　Respond to emergency calls in a safe and timely manner

　　Support the Engineering group when scheduled to provide resources

　　Complete Preventative Maintenance tasks according to schedule

　　Work effectively and efficiently to eliminate waste

　　Adhere to procedures set forth by management in daily duties to comply with regulatory demands

　　Job Qualifications:

　　General knowledge of plant HVAC, process water, compressors, plumbing, and electrical distribution systems

　　Able to perform all types of basic building maintenance work.

　　Oversees and directs mechanical and construction contractors

　　Required to wear special PPE such as gloves, steel toe shoes and others as required

　　Basic use of computers and software, and energy monitoring systems
