Role of the Cross-Services Marketing Team
The Cross-Services Marketing Team works with Accenture’s Chief Strategy Officer and Group Chief Executives to bring the business strategy to life across the organization. The team then translates the business strategy into marketing and communications programs across our seven Services—Strategy, Functions, Industry, Song, Industry X, Technology and Operations & Centers including cross-functional teams focused on Growth & Strategy, Assets & Solutions, and Ventures & Acquisitions.
Position Description and Responsibilities
Working directly for the senior managing director global team lead, this position will be responsible for managing Cross-Services Marketing planning and programs including financials, people engagement and priority leadership initiatives. In this role, you will also propel our team forward with the use of insights, tools, and AI to help us be our own best credential.

As the Cross-Services Marketing Planning & Programs Lead, you will:
Work with Finance and team points of contact to manage and report out on our financial plan from budget mapping through delivery and actuals and any reduction activities.
Work with HR and team points of contact to manage our people infrastructure including recruiting, onboarding programs, people engagement, talent and promotion process, communications strategy, quarterly team meetings, team rosters and distribution lists.
Organize leadership team meetings and agendas—taking the lead on priority initiatives as needed.
Champion technology, data, and AI enablement by working closely with our Intelligent Services Team and team points of contact to understand and drive adoption of the digital tools we need to work more efficiently and deliver programs with a strong return on investment.
Preferred Experience
Education: 4-year college degree
Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of business experience, working in a complex organization, ideally in a sales or marketing environment with a focus on marketing and sales excellence.
Experience in communicating complex information and driving adoption of large initiatives.
