  Role of the Cross-Services Marketing Team

  The Cross-Services Marketing Team works with Accenture’s Chief Strategy Officer and Group Chief Executives to bring the business strategy to life across the organization. The team then translates the business strategy into marketing and communications programs across our seven Services—Strategy, Functions, Industry, Song, Industry X, Technology and Operations & Centers including cross-functional teams focused on Growth & Strategy, Assets & Solutions, and Ventures & Acquisitions.

  Position Description and Responsibilities

  Working directly for the senior managing director global team lead, this position will be responsible for managing Cross-Services Marketing planning and programs including financials, people engagement and priority leadership initiatives. In this role, you will also propel our team forward with the use of insights, tools, and AI to help us be our own best credential.

  We are looking for a strategic thinker who can effectively influence, communicate, and collaborate across Accenture—someone who loves to brainstorm, collaborate and solve challenges to take the team to the next level. While there will never be a typical day at Accenture, and that’s the beauty of it, here’s a look at your core areas of responsibility.

  As the Cross-Services Marketing Planning & Programs Lead, you will:

  Work with Finance and team points of contact to manage and report out on our financial plan from budget mapping through delivery and actuals and any reduction activities.

  Work with HR and team points of contact to manage our people infrastructure including recruiting, onboarding programs, people engagement, talent and promotion process, communications strategy, quarterly team meetings, team rosters and distribution lists.

  Organize leadership team meetings and agendas—taking the lead on priority initiatives as needed.

  Champion technology, data, and AI enablement by working closely with our Intelligent Services Team and team points of contact to understand and drive adoption of the digital tools we need to work more efficiently and deliver programs with a strong return on investment.

  Preferred Experience

  Education: 4-year college degree

  Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of business experience, working in a complex organization, ideally in a sales or marketing environment with a focus on marketing and sales excellence.

  Experience in communicating complex information and driving adoption of large initiatives.

  Preferred Skills

  Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and collaboration in professional environment.

  Appetite to learn so you can best represent our collective ‘voice’ and influence on our behalf.

  Ability to take point and lead.

  Willing to roll up sleeves and troubleshoot to get in front of potential issues.

  Support connectivity and relationship building across an integrated marketing and communications global team.

  Simply the complex and help reduce work that does not deliver value.

  Outstanding powerpoint and excel skills—desire to dig into Power BI dashboards and analytics.

  Exceptional writing, editing and oral communications skills.

  Strong strategic, analytical thinking skills, with demonstrated excellence in delivering work.

  Strong organizational skills, with ability to successfully manage multiple assignments simultaneously while collaborating with integrated teams.

  Able to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing timelines.

  Able to work effectively—and at speed—across functional and geographic groups.

  Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
