　　DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:Marketing Communications Intern

　　Seeking a college student ending their Sophomore or Junior year of school to work with the Director of Marketing in a B2B industrial company that sells analytical products into the process control and automation market. This individual will work on relevant projects around establishing a partner communications program and implementing an asset tracking process. Other activities could include social media content curation and development, marketing campaigns, product marketing and related projects to support the business. No prior experience required but a high energy, self-starting work ethic is needed to drive individual and group project work. If you are looking for a place to test out what have you learned in school and gain real world work experience at a Fortune 500 company this is the place to be. Guidance will be given on projects but you will be expected to bring your talents to the table to make a difference in the organization.

　　 * Working towards a Bachelor's degree in a Marketing or business-related discipline * Self-starter, able to work independently, and be entrepreneurial; enjoys creating and implementing new initiatives * Excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills * Relationship builder with the flexibility and finesse to "manage by influence" * High energy, maturity, and leadership with the ability to serve as a unifying force and to position communications discussions at both the strategic and tactical levels * Can effectively function in a team environment * Exceptional organizational skills a plus * Some experience in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe products, and related software
