About Family Advocate

　　Full time position

　　WAGE: $21.97 to $22.47/hrr

　　HOURS: We have a 40 hr/week for 9 months, and reduced hours in the summer position.

　　DUTIES:

　　Promotes parent involvement through collaborative partnership, which encourages educational, social and emotional development of all Head Start families. Engages in regular communication with parents and children; provides education, information, and support using home visits, parent contacts, and family engagement/education and parent meetings.

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Bachelors degree in Human Services or related fields.

　　May consider and associates degree.

　　Experience working with in Head Start and families preferred.
