Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management,the Market Vertical Manager role will be responsible for identifying,analyzing, and developing a strategy for Sundyne to win in Renewable Energymar
Major Responsibilities:
Conduct primary and secondary research to assess market segmentattractiveness, including market sizing, segmentation, analysis of keytrends & drivers and potential for growth of Sundyne product sales.Lead competitive assessment, collection, and synthesis of Voice of theCustomer (VOC) including mapping strategic customer accounts,determining customer needs, and uncovering customer problems.Lead process, workflow, and buyer journey mapping to identify Sundyneright to play across all product line. Develop value proposition assessments.Develop market specific product roadmaps - translate VOC into actionableproduct development goals that address unmet customer needs.Work directly with R&D, Marketing & Communications, and Product LineManagement to successfully develop and launch new products. Lead NPD Gate 0EffResearches and provides information regarding target accounts within strategicmarkets to the Sales team. Develops standard work for account nurturing andpenetration.Develop internal and customer-facing content & tools to drive sales instrategic market, including sales training on target verticals and accounttarget lists.
Qualifications:
Prior experience with performing strategic market analysis.Experience in Renewable Energy market segments, including Carbon Capture,Hydrogen and Renewable Fuels."Strategic mindset" with the ability to develop and execute businessplans. Experience in industrial B2B environment is a plus.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate valueproposition to a variety of decision makers.Ability to build cross functional relationships internally and externally,lead through influence.Data analysis and problem-solving skills.Must be willing to travel up to 35%.
Required Credentials:BA/BS degree in business, marketing or engineering, MBA preferred.Minimum 5 years in Business Development, Product Management, or relatedexperience.

Compensation DetailsAnnual Salary: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00
Additional Compensation The Salary offered will be determined based on theapplicant's education, experience, skills, knowledge, abilities,and will be compared with internal equity along with market data for thisposition. This position may be eligible to participate in the Company'sSales Incentive Plan with a target of up to 30% of base salary, subject tothe terms and conditions of the plan. Payment is based on individualperformance against established sales targets. This position may also beeligible to receive a Relocation bonus, payable as a taxable lump sum, inaccordance with the Sundyne Relocation Policy.
