　　 Job Purpose

　　As Market Insights Manager you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, interpreting, and communicating market data to provide valuable and actionable insights that will drive decision-making for both the marketing team and the wider European business.

　　 Key Responsibilities Market research:Execute external primary quantitative and qualitative market research activities to deliver knowledge, brand key performance indicators, and customer insights, generating clear actionsStrategic partnering:Develop close relationships with both marketing and cross-functional teams to bring the voice of the customers (both healthcare professionals and people living with HIV / people who might benefit from PrEP) into decision-making, make proactive analysis and challenge where neededCollaborate with European analytics partner to connect the dots between quantitative and qualitative data to help answer critical business questions.Collaborate with European analytics partner and marketing teams to provide insights on the brand performance and recommend a course of action based on sound analysis.Represent the European market interests in global market researchSubject Matter Expert:Act as trusted advisor and market research subject matter expert to both regional and local teamsStay up to date on advances in the industryCollaborate with local/global peers, share knowledge and expertise with teams and other key stakeholdersSupport other market research projects in line with the global and regional priorities Why You?
