Team Leader:Addresses concerns/issues that physicians have within 24 hours. Provides proper feedback to MD and staff. Verifies availability of supplies for all cases and maintains proper PAR level. Communicates all changes with staff members. Assist manager in budget needs for the service line. Communicates necessary changes on preference cards. Maintains daily logs per regulatory standards. Serves as a mentor for designated service line.

　　Facilitates the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures. Assesses operating room for equipment functioning and readiness, obtain supplies for individual cases, and ensures all appropriate needs of operating team are met. Participates in departmental staff meetings, quality assurance and performance activities.

　　Required SkillsCertifications:1. Current American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtained within 90 days after hire date.Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.Minimum Work Experience• Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in the Operating Room preferred.
