　　This is a full-time teleworker opportunity in Oklahoma that may require up to 10% travel.

　　Utilizes clinical skills to support the coordination, documentation and communication of medical services and/or benefit administrationdeterminations.

　　The regular work schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 10am-7pm CST with one hour meal period and on-call weekend coverage rotating approximately every three weekends.

　　• Supports comprehensive coordination of medical services through composition and auditing of approval and denial letters.• Promotes and supports quality effectiveness of the Healthcare Services.• Maintains accurate and complete documentation to meet risk management, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.• Promotes communication, both internally and externally to enhance effectiveness of medical management services.

　　Required Qualifications

　　Must reside in Oklahoma.

　　LPN/LVN with current unrestricted Oklahoma State license

　　1+ year(s) of clinical experience

　　2+ years’ experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and applications; and using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

　　Must possess reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel in-state less than 10% of the time. Mileage is reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$20.34 - $43.77

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
