Essential Functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
(learn to) Running, adjusting, and troubleshooting production equipment and machinery.Scheduling or performing preventive maintenance on department-related production equipment.Complete critical assembly processes including precisely cutting material to size as well as hand painting and spray painting operations.
Maintaining and providing production logs and reports as necessary.
Maintaining cleanliness of work area and equipment.
Maintaining timely and effective communication with coworkers and manager regarding issues and changes to a specific job or the schedule.
Maintaining personal adherence to Dontech policies, safety standards, good housekeeping practices, and reliable attendance.Performing other reasonable duties as directed by supervisor or management to support Dontech.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Candidates best suited for this role are hands-on, mechanically inclined, methodical, focused, detail-oriented, and production-minded. We are willing to train someone with prior applicable skills who also shows a willingness to learn.Following initial training, we can offer choice of Full Time or Part Time schedules between 5:30 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday - Friday.
