　　We are hiringmotivated students to join ourteamatour Ticonderoga, NYMill forProcess, Reliability, Environmental Science, Safety, Process Control and Capital ProjectsRoles.

　　Spend the summer learning about engineering and paper manufacturing in the beautiful Adirondacks!

　　Students currently pursuing B.S. degrees in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Cumulative GPA minimum of 2.8, demonstrated via current, unofficialtranscriptsis required to interview.Successful candidates will:

　　Have a strong desireand interestto work in a heavy manufacturing setting

　　Ideally have manufacturing internship and/or co-op experience(highly preferred); demonstrated leadership skills (prior jobs, student associations, projects, etc.)

　　Have a high regard for safety in the workplace and active willingness to be a safety leader

　　Be a highly motivated self-starter, results-driven individual who can perform well in a team setting,is adaptable and can effectively deal with ambiguity

　　Be a critical and creative thinker withstrong analyticalskillsandis anoutside-of-the-box problem solver

　　Be eager to develop, go outside of their comfort zoneand take on stretch assignmentsnecessary for career successand overall success of the mill and Company

　　Have a desire to develop, help and mentor otherswhile also beingopen and willing to be mentored

　　Be comfortablewith all levels of employees including operators, engineers, contractors, and management

　　Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening

　　A source of reliable transportation is required.Open to the potential for relocation now and in the future.

　　Responsibilitiesvary by location, role and department.

　　Owning specific value-added projects for the mill

　　Collect samples

　　Work in teams on optimization or cost reduction projects

　　Learn systems and tools for collecting and analyzing data

　　Determine if this industry & company are a fit for the individual

　　Pay rate: $23.00-28.00/hr based on experience. Plus $900 monthly housing stipend.
