Job Description:
Provide support for internal and external build and test of electrical assemblies including but not limited to circuit card assemblies, harness (cable) assemblies and electronic boxes Provide manufacturing engineering support for the assembly, integration and of a variety of mid to large-sized prototype and sate of the art electrical assemblies for internal L3 Harris systems and external commercial customers.
Implement and analyze manufacturing plans and projects
Design develop and transfer manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies and systems
Develop manufacturing instructions for specific products and processes
Interface with engineering in coordinating the release of new products
Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines
Monitor assembly process quality
Interface with and direct technicians and other operations personnel
Create and deliver presentations for Peer Reviews, Manufacturing Readiness Reviews, Internal Management Reviews, and Customer Reviews
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, AutoCAD and/or Pro-E, Six Sigma, technical writing, MS Project and/or MS SharePoint
Direct experience with Circuit Card Assembly, Printed Circuit Board, and/or Cable design and test practices.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $53,000 - $98,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
