JOB REQUIREMENTS: Manufacturing Engineer 4 Switchgear (Manufacturing &Test) Engineer JobDescription: Interpret applicable codes, regulationsand customer specifications for switchgear and other electrical systemsprojects. Technically support quote team with technical customerperceptions, project specifications, cost estimations, scheduledevelopment and other project related matters. Prepare processes, workInstructions, tooling, equipment list, Shop floor Control route andother infrastructure documentation per industry standards and customerrequirements. Provide technical support to manufacturing to train,build, test and troubleshoot of electrical systems and switchgearsEffectively lead or contribute to technical teams on qualification,audits and ship acceptance events. Communicate with customers, peers andmanagement to obtain smooth manufacturing execution andserve as a linkamong suppliers, customers and system installers to ensure productconformance. Analyze, investigate and recommend proper solutions forcomplex non-compliances, incidents and technical issues usingappropriate methodology, paperwork and reporting. Continuously seek outopportunities and implement improvements to reach best operationalefficiency Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree Electrical Engineering or equivalentexperience Min 5 years\' experiencein theswitchgear manufacturingenvironment. Solid technical capability on process development,electrical systems test and operation Proficient in Google suite, MSOffice or equivalent Additional information: Project management skillsare desirable Ability to work under pressure, Self-motivated,self-starter, and eager to learn Lift demand: Lift up to 60lb on anoccasional basis Availability (when required)to work on weekends, publicholidays and during odd hours due to the nature of the business.
