Ensures equipment and machines are maintained through hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic controls.

　　Ensures efficient operation and proper functioning of the manufacturing processes in his/her control.

　　Maintains and improves all production processes, tools and equipment in the area assigned.

　　Identifies and develops improvements to the processes in support of the company goals.

　　Understands and reports the daily status of production and quality processes in this control and to initiate improvement as required.

　　Leads production teams.

　　Ensures that production requirements are met while achieving established company goals.

　　Develops and implements continuous improvement programs.

　　Skills and Experience:

　　Minimum Associates Degree in Engineering or significant work experience.

　　Capable of multi-tasking.

　　Understands functions of Pneumatics and logical controls (PLC).

　　Logical hands-on problem solving skills.

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills and computer skills.

　　Works well in a team environment and ability to train operators.
