Job Description

　　A client of Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their production team in the St. Louis, MO area. This individual is responsible for creating, developing, and implementing the design plans for production. Using blueprints and specifications, the Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for writing procedures and work instructions for team members and engineers to follow through fabrication, assembly, delivery, and post-production. This individual will continuously analyze the manufacturing process to ensure the current requirements are modified as needed to establish best practice. The Manufacturing Engineer will work 1st shift (8:00am-5:00pm) onsite 5 days a week.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　ABET accredited or Bachelors Degree in a STEM field (Aerospace, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred)

　　Prior experience supporting a manufacturing operation

　　Previous experience with process improvement or Lean Manufacturing

　　Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in St. Louis, MO

　　Ability to obtain secret clearance post start Prior experience in the aerospace/defense industry

　　Experience with MESci, CATIA, CREO, IVT, Solidworks, ProModel, Aurora, GoldESP PDM

　　Active Secret clearance null
