Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Industrial StoreCustomer Service Representative position. The Industrial Store CustomerService Representative is responsible for serving walk-in customers andphone-in customers.Other responsibilities include, but are not limitedto: Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic way Answertelephone calls promptly Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products,placement, availability, price and use Sell welding and safety productsand services to customer Process customer orders and accurately inputcustomer order into the computer Research products needed for customerspecial applications Follow up on customer orders not processedcorrectly and remedy situation Keep sales literature current andorganized Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary QualificationsGood working knowledge of all industrial products and gases Ability tofrequently lift up to 50 lbs Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 lbsAbility to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time CompanyDescription Founded in 1948, Norco is headquartered in Boise, Idaho andhas more than 70 branches in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Nevada, Washington,Utah and Wyoming.
