Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join one of our largest industrial clients. This highly motivated and hands-on individual will be responsible for providing cross-functional continuous improvement support in an assembly environment. They will evaluate processes and develop solutions to help streamline the manufacturing process. A qualified candidate will be a great team player and eager to learn. This is an onsite position based out of Erie, PA.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　1+ years of Manufacturing Engineer experience in an assembly environment

　　Strong self-motivator with the ability to do hands-on work effectively

　　Expertise in the continuous improvement space

　　Proficient in Microsoft Excel

　　Associate's Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering space

　　Must work 5 days onsite in Erie, PA - Bachelor's Degree Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering space

　　Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S Manufacturing background null
