Job Description
o Coordinate activity with outsource partners managing switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
o Work with telecom providers in support of voice and data circuits.
o Flexibility to support other operational issues that arise
o Provide customer facing support to site employees and contractors for supported technologies.
o Work with other MRAS support partners on delivery of hardware and software solutions to the business.
o Participate in project identification and scoping
o Hands on networking and systems when needed
Skills and Requirements
4+ years IT Operations Management or lead experience
Strong network/ systems engineering background -- hands-on Managed service/ professional service background null
