Description

　　Robert Half has an immediate need for an experienced Bookkeeper. If you're proficient with A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting, then this Bookkeeper role may be a great fit for you. This Bookkeeper position will be located in the Woodland, Washington area and will be a short-term contract / temporary opportunity with a hybrid schedule (3 in office, 2 WFH) following training. 　　Your responsibilities

　　Manage a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

　　Outline Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

　　Preside over and review general ledger

　　Maintain quality historical records by filing documents

　　Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

　　Balance accounts by reconciling entries

　　Be responsible for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

　　Requirements

　　Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred (5+ years)

　　Non profit accounting familiarity

　　Deep understanding of cash flow management

　　BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

　　Previous experience using accounting software, NetSuite preferred
