　　As a specialist in Material Master Data and Bill of Materials Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting the introduction of new products, optimizing materials in terms of cost and efficiency, and maintaining accurate and updated data. In this role you will collaborate with multiple functions, optimizing and automating processes to eliminate inefficiencies and you will also be involved in leading cross-functional teams with constant attention to alignment with established metrics.

　　Essential Responsibilities

　　Provide crucial assistance for the introduction of new products, closely collaborating with the New Product Introduction Leader with a focus on preventing and mitigating potential issuesCollaborate with specialists in engineering sciences, procurement, and design to ensure that Material Master Data aligns with design intent and meets purchasing and inventory needs for efficiently sourcing raw materials with long lead timesDefine, create, strategically manage, and maintain up to date Material Master Data and the development Bill of Material in line with requirements, providing support during "Change In Design" process to reduce inventory, costs, and lead timesContribute to the simplification and automation of processes, aiming to eliminate non-value-added activities from a lean office perspectiveLead cross-functional teams involving other divisions of the Avio Aero team, both domestically and internationally, and various departments to improve processes and proceduresOperate promptly to meet assigned KPIs and continuously monitor Material Master Data to maintain alignment with requirements

　　Qualifications/Requirements

　　Master's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical/Materials Engineering from an accredited university or collegeProven ability to read technical drawingsPrevious working experience, preferably in Manufacturing/Quality or Technical roleKnowledge of MRP working logics, material logistics flow, manufacturing routing instructions basicsGood knowledge of MS Office and ability to analyze big data to summarize results to higher managementTechnical aptitude and business acumen in supporting others in defining better business strategiesFluent Italian and good English knowledgeEligible to be security-cleared under Italian National Security Framework - "Nulla Osta Segretezza" (art. 9, comma 4 Legge 3 agosto 2007, n. 124)Work Visa and Italian citizenship, in accordance with local regulation, is required
