  KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join our Economic and Valuation Services practice.

  Responsibilities:Understand how transfer pricing and tax principles and regulations impact businesses and work with KPMG member firms around the world to help our clients achieve their transfer pricing business goalsResearch and analyze value chains in various industries and help develop improvements to achieve and maintain desired resultsAdvise clients by researching and benchmarking businesses, products, industries, markets and conventional and digital economies to connect economic theory to corporate practicalitiesUse innovative technologies and work towards developing new applications and platforms for use internally and externally Qualifications:Must be pursuing and have obtained by the start date or have completed the following degrees/majors in the past 12 months; Bachelors degree or Masters in Economics, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or other quantitative field from an accredited college or universityPreferred GPA of 3.0 or aboveCoursework or minor in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science or Data and Analytics preferredStrong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Access, Power BI), Alteryx, Tableau and other data analysis and visualization toolsExcellent communication, time management and leadership skills; demonstrated ability to explain complex topics in simple terms preferred; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high quality workKnowledge of strategic transfer pricing studies, financial statement analysis, quantitative and competitive analysis, statistical sampling and econometrics, strategy evaluation and/or operational performance analysis; supply chains, operations management, workflow processes, Lean Six Sigma and project management; demonstrated quality service mindset and sales or customer service experience a plusMust reside within a reasonably commutable distance to the office for this position and be able to travel to reasonably commutable work locations using own means of transportation, such as a personal vehicle or public transportationAbility to travel and/or work on-site at client premises as needed, at times with relatively short noticeAuthorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future is preferred
