The position is BLR based.Position Overview and Responsibilities:• Work closely with the WMIMT India CAO and PAG heads to support all COO activities for the region. This includes -• Vendor Mgmt.• Data Analytics and Senior Leadership Reporting, Dashboards and Presentations• People Engagement• Recruiting priorities• BCP• Space Mgmt.• Agile needs, and other key operational priorities. Data analyses and senior leadership reporting will be a big part of the team member’s responsibilities• The right candidate will have a proven track record in similar functions as a business manager or as a part of a COO team• Needs to have advanced excel, analytics and reporting experience• S/he will engage with vendors and independently organize and run quarterly business reviews (QBR) of our strategic vendors. • Towards this, s/he will define and publish a QBR calendar, set-up quarterly meetings with global stakeholders, coordinate logistics, distribute/manage agenda, and facilitate each meeting to track progress• S/he will engage with key stakeholders within and across wealth management for buy-in and partnering with internal and external groups as well as vendors for driving change across the organization• The candidate needs to have a strong understanding of how technology budgets and forecasts are created and managed• S/he will create a governance model and identify the key stakeholders and work with them to create strategic, operational, tactical action plans for executing on and monitoring the WMT India workforce strategy

　　Primary Skills:7-9 years of experience in financial service and/or management consulting roles with the below hands on competencies (must haves)–- Strong track record in executing on technology workforce strategy objectives, data analytics and reporting, financial mgmt., space mgmt., BCP and similar organization-wide strategies- Strong business manager / COO / Program management experience is necessary- Self-starter with a can-do approach and readiness to work with ambiguity is essential- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills is a must- High proficiency in using Advanced MS Excel and related applications for data analysis and reporting is a must- Strong background in creating dashboard and executive reports and presentations a must- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as the role involves a high amount of interaction with senior management within and across multiple divisions outside of wealth management, including business, technology, sourcing teams, global workforce teams Firm Control organizations (e.g. Compliance & Legal)
