　　Collaborate with product owners to align with business and technology priorities. Support scrum teams in planning and executing projects from software application design to delivery. Convert requirements to stories to features, continuously work with the Purchase Order (PO) and Tech partner to build backlog health for the Agile time. Use JIRA for planning and requirement tracking. Work as project manager to review financials, resource and team budget, spend and cost plan, attend project plan meeting, send progress report on budget expense, track budget expense.

　　Salary: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $136,000 and $136,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

　　Requirements:

　　Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related degree and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as a Scrum Master, Software Developer, Project Manager, or a related role. Requires five (5) years of experience with: working in Agile frameworks including Scrum or Kanban; TDD/BDD; DevOps; Agile PDLC framework; developing suitable software application development processes and guidelines; building program and project status reporting; Microsoft Word; and Microsoft Excel. Requires four (4) years of experience with: Visio and SharePoint; PPMPrime; and working as a scrum master. Requires two (2) years of experience with: CI/CD pipeline including Teamcity and Jenkins; and working with tracking process management tools including JIRA and Rally. Requires: ScrumMaster certification (CSM).
