Key Requirements: Support all aspects of the operation including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment. Will be responsible for the daily management of the hotel and its staff. Will be responsible for managing employees, for planning, marketing, coordinating and administering hotel services. Ensure all areas of a hotel environment run smoothly and work together successfully. Ensurethat guests have a pleasant experience at the establishment with accommodations. Ensure that the business is run efficiently and profitably. Greet and register guests Inspects the grounds, public areas and guest rooms for appearance and cleanliness Ensure company standards for housekeeping, decor and guest services are met Answer guest questions about hotel services and policies Keep track of the hotel's financials Interview, hire, train and terminate staff Monitor staff performance, ensuring the hotel is running well and guests are happy Coordinate front-office and back-office activities and resolve any problems Set budgets and room rates, allocate funds and approve expenditures for various departments Yield management and reservation experience with OTA. Improve social media presence. Keep payroll and budget on track. Great communicator Leads the team in the development and implementation of property-wide strategies. Verifies the implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations Builds relationships with key customers and is involved in the sales process. Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Demonstrates hotel culture by creating a fun, happy, and safe work environment.
