　　The Amazon Pay Marketing team is looking for customer-obsessed Visual Design leader with big ideas and a passion for solving unique problems to drive a world-class Design function for Amazon Pay India. This role will own the entire visual experience of the product and provide engaging presentations of expansive content and functionality across a manifold of product lines. This role will lead with example and will be responsible to coach and mentor design teams for developing best-in-class consumer experiences. The successful candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity, will have strong attention to detail, and be motivated by a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　• Create designs that drive measurable marketing goals

　　• Create customer-centric designs by integrating marketing objectives, target audience and creative assets

　　• Present design work to site merchandizing, the user experience and leadership teams for review and feedback

　　• Develop design best practices, processes, and guidelines working closely with stakeholders across marketing, merchandising, product and UX teams

　　• Develop brand assets, including style and usage guides to ensure consistent use

　　• Lead a team of Visual Designers to drive innovative design solutions that are customer-focused, simple and intuitive

　　• Create an inspiring creative work environment and culture, and bring out the best in designers

　　• Inspire and encourage team to innovate, automate and build efficiencies in delivery, quality and raising the creative bar

　　Basic Qualifications

　　8 to 10 years’ experience in web design, graphic design, visual design or related creative disciplines

　　Experience designing mobile web, and/or on-device mobile applications

　　Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

　　Demonstrated track record of executing impactful large scale campaigns

　　Thorough knowledge of design practices, tools, and standards

　　Ability to interact, communicate and influence within multiple levels of the organization

　　Ability to manage multiple projects with critical deadlines

　　An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strong visual design skills and advertising experience across a range of media including online, mobile or print is required

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Proven experience of leading a team of designers in a creative environment

　　Copy writing skills a plus
