Main activities : reinsurance internal and external audits review, regulatory compliance review, set up appropriate process for new reinsurance deal, guide local management inn their reinsurance appetite, train local teams on reinsurance guidelines, support treaty renewal, responsible for reinsurance reporting including with the regulator and reinsurance collections.

　　The candidate should demonstrate :

　　A reinsurance expertise of minimum 10 years (Finance, Operations, reporting, regulatory reinsurance exposure, audit review)

　　Team management experience

　　Fluent in English (write – read- talk)

　　Resistant to stress

　　Excellent communication skill

　　Self-learner
