Description

　　Seeking a highly skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper on a contract and potential contract-to-hire basis. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for overseeing the complete accounting cycle. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of financial processes, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

　　Requirements

　　Responsibilities:

　　Manage and oversee the entire accounting process, from data entry to financial statement preparation

　　Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger entries

　　Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

　　Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets

　　Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies

　　Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making

　　Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role

　　Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and practices

　　Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Excel

　　Strong attention to detail and accuracy

　　Excellent organizational and time-management skills

　　Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

　　Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
