  Job Description:

  Responsibilities: As the Manager of Radiation Oncology Services, you will be a key player in directing departmental activities and resources. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring alignment with our strategic plan and vision. Key responsibilities include:

  Develop and implement departmental goals, standards, and objectives to support the organization's strategic plan.

  Direct and evaluate departmental operations, with a focus on performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict resolution.

  Oversee scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.

  Plan and monitor departmental budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing contracts, and fostering vendor relations.

  Determine and justify needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitoring usage and ensuring proper working order and stock supplies.

  Prepare, monitor, and evaluate the quality of patient care delivered, coordinating services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments.
