The newly developed NAS Marketing and Product team helps customers discover and engage with new, popular and relevant products across categories. We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, marketing and creativity to build new customer-facing features and experiences alongside cutting edge tools for marketers. We are looking for creative, customer-obsessed, curious and highly entrepreneurial marketers to join our new and exciting team.The Manager, PM will be responsible for the successful delivery of very high visibility NAS High Velocity Events (HVEs), leading a team of PMMs to simplify and scale NAS HVE operations. They will work closely with the NASM HVE Marketing Strategy Lead, WW Events, Strategic Programs and all retail categories to drive a best-in-class customer experience and HVE goals.In this role, they will grow a team of 3 PMMs and oversee end to end of all HVE Execution and Optimization (i.e. PrimeDay, PBDD, T5). They will be find ways to invent and simply and create HVE Event playbooks catered to each HVE event, to drive churn-free merchandising operations, manage stakeholder communications, escalations during Event, own walk-the-stores with Retail leaders, and work closely with HVE Marketing to influence and improve YoY strategy.The candidate will incorporate merchandising and marketing best practices from previous HVE Events to optimize operations, find opportunity/customer insights and performance data to develop recommendations to continue innovating and improving the event CX.The ideal candidate for this role will be very organized, have people management experience, has proven results to invent and simplify marketing operations, is high performing, customer-obsessed, data driven, with high attention to detail. They would excel if they are comfortable working in a fast pace and high visibility environment, and has experience dealing with ambiguity in an organized manner.We are looking for a strong product leader, who is proactive, isnt shy to get their hands dirty, can can work independently to guide their team to success, and influence stakeholders and senior leadership.Location can be Seattle, NYC or LA.Key job responsibilities1. Own simplifying marketing and CX operations for all NAS HVE (Prime Day/PBDD/T5)2. Lead a team of 3 PMMs + contractors to oversee successful delivery of event operations through the year3. Create Event Playbooks that will inform marketing, creative, operations, tech and product teams partnering on the HVE event4. Drive YoY improvements in driving HVE innovations and automating merchandising workstream5. Responsible for key partner stakeholder management across Design and NASM Marketing Leads, and creating scalable mechanisms that simplify event merchandising workstream for their teams.6. Work with Design and UX teams to continuously improve customer experience on event marketing landing pages7. Partner with NASM HVE Strategy Lead to plan and contribute to strategic marketing documents and WTS.8.
