　　Position Summary

　　Manages and optimizes operational processes in support of our Value-Based provider partnerships by developing and implementing strategic initiatives, analyzing data to drive process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Enhances operational efficiency, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and contributes to the overall success of healthcare operations.

　　Day to day activities will include new deal set-up, roster management support and oversight, ensuring timely and accurate data flow, and supporting investigation and effective resolution of operational and other issues impacting provider performance. Additional support will also be needed to do further root cause analysis of performance issues and collaborating across multiple teams during implementation steps.

　　Required Qualifications

　　Experience using Excel - advance techniques using data analysis tools

　　Experience with workflow tools, including QuickBase

　　3-5 years work experience

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　5-7 years' work experience

　　Knowledge of value-based arrangements, multi-sited provider organizations

　　Education

　　Bachelor's degree preferred / specialized training/ relevant professional qualification

　　Pay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$63,300.00 - $136,500.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
