Position Summary
Our Risk Adjustment informatics team is looking for a self-motivated, experienced analytical leader to join a talented team responsible for providing critical business information in support of Aetna's Medicare/ACA performance and strategy.
This HYBRID role will be responsible for analytical support for In-home Assessment risk adjustment campaign to drive strong patient care management. The role will lead strategic initiatives based on analytical findings to support Risk Adjustment activities with members, providers, and vendors. This is a highly visible position that is fast paced and requires a high quality of work as this position impacts revenue. This position requires an individual with a balance of technical skills and business acumen.
The successful candidate should:Have a strong understanding of the Medicare/ACA/Medicaid Risk Adjustment methodology, Revenue cycle, and Value Based Care.Understand complex data modeling and the management of large data setsHands on experience with Membership/Medical Claims/R claims/Lab/provider data. Strong knowledge of ICD10 and CPT codesHave strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems by navigatingManage conflicting priorities and multiple projects concurrently.Contribute to a motivated work environment by working effectively to achieve common goals.Expertise in PC SAS/SAS EG, SAS macro, automationKnowledge of Tableau development is a plus.Required Qualifications
5 or more years or some combination of:Experience working in operations analytics and with complex data structures and large datasets in a real business setting.Experience with SAS/SQL (querying databases)BA or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of government - regulated healthcare program such as ACA/Medicare/MedicaidExperience in healthcare industryExperience in data analytics and working with large dataExperience with Tableau and other Visualization toolsEducationBachelor degree required and Masters degree preferredPay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$63,300.00 - $136,500.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
