Title: Manager of Planning Tools (Finance & Accounting)

　　Liberated Brands is currently seeking a Manager of Planning Tools to join our Finance & Accounting organization. Reporting to the VP of Global FP&A, you will be responsible for the following:

　　WHAT YOU’LL DO:

　　Assist in the analysis, design, and development of system enhancements including working with stakeholders to drive and document requirements for system changes and enhancements

　　Owns and manages all master data including chart of account changes, hierarchy updates, data mapping changes and business rule updates for the company-wide consolidation, ERP (Full Circle) and planning (Planful) systems, ensuring the highest sense of integrity within these systems.

　　Manage the monthly and quarterly close consolidation process, including issue resolution.

　　Assist with development of relevant training materials, business process flows and SOP's and support training delivery to relevant Finance and Accounting team members

　　Develop, maintain, analyze, and support reporting through the maintenance and creation of new financial reports

　　Take initiative and use independent judgment, within established guidelines, in the course of undertaking assigned responsibilities.

　　Adapt to changes, and manage several assignments simultaneously, setting priorities, and working independently within established guidelines.

　　Perform under deadlines, and demonstrate willingness to work long hours if needed to complete projects on time.

　　Other duties as assigned

　　WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

　　Bachelor's or Master’s degree in accounting or related field.

　　CPA certification preferred.

　　7+ years work experience in finance/accounting (3+ years in public accounting or internal/external financial reporting preferred).

　　Experience in analyzing requirements, writing technical and functional specifications

　　Ability to interface with IT and business users to quickly correct problems and develop solutions

　　General knowledge of general ledger systems and financial closing procedures

　　Solid understanding of US GAAP/IFRS principles and consolidation process as well as a genuine interest to research accounting and finance matters.

　　Strong project management skills and proven ability to conduct thorough and complex financial statement analysis.

　　Flexibility to perform effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment with emphasis on meeting tight deadlines.

　　Experience with Planful or similar system required.

　　Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　This position requires some on-site hours at our HQ in Costa Mesa, CA; however, some duties can be performed remotely.

　　Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual salary range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $115,000 - $130,000. This position is hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
