Job Description

　　Insight Global is currently looking to hire a fulltime Manager of Operations to work onsite for one of our largest investment banks in New York City. Within this role, the candidate will be responsible for a team of 5-7 engineers focused on supporting the Microsoft Azure, O365 environment. This person should have experience managing a team in the past while remaining hands on. They will work with the engineering team to help improve the performance and business continuity of production systems and services. Within this role, you will define integration strategies and methods to lead improvement efforts. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting support for infrastructure and drive improved operational standards

　　Skills and Requirements

　　* 7-10+ years of experience administering and supporting Microsoft server / Active Directory in an enterprise deployment

　　* 4 + years of leadership experience overseeing a global support team of engineers

　　* Experience with PowerShell Scripting

　　* Supporting and working within an Azure cloud environment, SSO, AD & Okta

　　* Experience overseeing a Global environment and international offices

　　* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering null
