　　Sr Unreal Gameplay Engineer needed for Full Time position with Randstad Digitals client in the Nashville, TN Area working on a new PC/Console franchise

　　Are you looking for a better quality of life, lower cost of living and the ability to make a huge contribution and impact on a brand new IP? Do you have 5+ years of C++ experience AND experience developing at least one title cradle to grave on ANY Unreal engine? If so, then please right away for immediate consideration.

　　Required skills:

　　3+ years UE (prefer 4 or 5 but open to any) experience, heavily weighted towards native code implementation, as opposed to logic node graphs.

　　7+ years C++ experience. Knowledge and comfort with Windows using Visual Studio.

　　Bonus:

　　Multiple shipped titles, on any engine, across PC and current generation console hardware.

　　Experience working in an agile environment wearing multiple hats

　　Experience working on a multiplayer product

　　Design and develop high-quality code, including gameplay, UI, pipeline, tools, AI.

　　Mentor other programmers in the techniques and strategies of working with Unreal.

　　Follow adopted design/development methodologies, patterns and toolsets.

　　Pay attention to usability, maintainability and performance of code.

　　Participate in the design process, gathering engineering deliverable requirements from and with other team members.

　　Active team player contributing to team success.

　　Iterate solutions based on broad feedback.

　　Effective communication and teamwork (treat others how you would expect to be treated).

　　Be self-directed, self-critical and prioritize your own work.
